We use only quality, 100% cotton T-Shirts. We then attach a beautiful full tulle tutu, and finished it off with a beautiful dressy ribbon that ties it all together with a precious bow on the back for the perfect look!!! This T-Shirt Tutu comes with a Chocolate Tee and spelled out in Rhinestones is BIRTHDAY'S ROCK. There is a Leopard Print Ribbon and a ever so soft Light Pink Tulle Tutu. The key is to FLUFF FLUFF FLUFF that tulle.
Please wash gently in cold or warm water. We recommend hand washing as tulle is "tender". If hand washing is not your thing, we suggest washing on the "gentle cycle", in a lingerie type bag for protection. While wet, please shake to remove excess water and restore tulle, then simply line dry.
