We use only quality, 100% cotton T-Shirts. We then attach a beautiful full tulle tutu, and finished it off with a beautiful dressy ribbon that ties it all together with a precious bow on the back for the perfect look!!! This Tutu comes with a Hot Pink T-Shirt and a BLACK Rhinestone Skull & Pink Bow on the front. Multi colored Skulls adorn the waistband with the perfect bow in the back. Gorgeous Black Tulle makes for the most ADORABLE Tutu yet!!! The key is to FLUFF FLUFF FLUFF that tulle.
Please wash gently in cold or warm water. We recommend hand washing as tulle is "tender". If hand washing is not your thing, we suggest washing on the "gentle cycle", in a lingerie type bag for protection. While wet, please shake to remove excess water and restore tulle, then simply line dry.
