I decided to treat myself to a luxurious pair (or two) of nursing PJs, and Panano had the biggest selection and best prices. The whole experience was like shopping in a boutique, with Cathy providing excellent customer service with a very personal touch. The icing on the cake was when my PJs arrived just a few days later--wrapped neatly in tissue paper and without a single wrinkle--with a handwritten thank-you from Cathy. From start to finish, this was one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had.

Not only did she issue me a refund for the difference in price when an item went on sale AFTER I purchased it, she included a handwritten thank you note with my order. We got the T-Shirt Tutu today and my daughter hasn't taken it off (thanks for the quick service by the way!). It's just darling. It's generous enough to be a dress in warm weather or it can easily be great in cooler weather with brown or pink leggings. She feels like a princess with the tulle skirt and sparkly heart, but the comfortable knit shirt top makes it a real outfit for outings and preschool. I have a feeling this will be a favorite outfit all year long (so I'm glad it's machine washable and made of quality materials). Thanks Panano!

I was looking for the perfect costume for my 16mo old daughter and after being falsely led (and charged) by 2 other websites, I finally found it on Panano. I was skeptical though that Catherine actually had the costume. Not only did she have it, she stayed with me on the phone while she physically went to search for it. Once in hand, we arranged the shipping and I had in a matter of a few days! Catherine's service was above and beyond what I expected from a website and when the costume arrived, there was a handwritten thank you note inside! Who does that?! I was SO impressed. I just received my order (2 mud pie cow burp cloths)!
I have an 18 month old, that when she was around 4 months, out of all the stuffed animals, dolls, blankets, pillows, and keepsakes, she chose a burp cloth I picked up at a clearance sale. We didn’t find out what we were having and chose a farm décor for the nursery. If I didn’t use it at least it was CUTE!! She was attached! I luckily came across another one.
A couple of weeks ago, the family went out to eat and “moo” (as she calls it) was left behind! I went back, left my name and number, it never turned up! If you have had a little one attached to something like this, you know you always need at least 2. That way one stays clean and of course you have a back up!
As I just Googled Mud Pie Cow Burp Cloth. I saw your company. I went ahead and ordered 2 so I’ll have a back up for the back up! The one she has carried for the past week is almost gray, with spots of juice on it. I haven’t had a chance to get it away from her long enough to wash it!

I received the package today, everything looks great. From the moment I placed the order the customer service was excellent. I promptly received confirmation, an e-mail confirming the shipment, and then to see a hand written thank you inside of the box was great. It is nice to feel appreciated as a consumer and it is something that is becoming harder to come by. These are christmas gifts for my wife who is 10 weeks pregnant, and we plan on having more in the future. Also with two younger sisters there are more children to come in the Trembly family. I plan on returning to Panano for my gift shop now and in the future, because of the great customer service provided.
