RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may exchange or return the item(s) within 15 days of receipt. Receipt date is the date shown delivered via tracking by delivery agent.
 
Clearance items are not included in the above return policy, all clearance, end of season, blowout sale items are non-refundable and are considered final sale.

 

The returned item(s) must be in original condition and suitable for resale.  The item(s) must be unworn with the manufactures tags still attached.  All packing and accessories must be included.

 

Paint colors and fabric may appear different on your computer.  We strongly encourage you to request a swatch card through our Contact Page to confirm selections.

 

Personalized items cannot be returned unless personalization is inaccurate.  We are not liable for mistakes made on the customer’s part. Custom designed furnishings, bedding accessories and select gifts items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

 

 

FREIGHT RETURNS

 

 

You MUST be present to receive, inspect and sign for your delivery. If you request that a delivery be made with no signature please is aware that our liability ends when we receive delivery confirmation.

 

If you receive a damaged freight shipment, please note the damage on the bill of freight BEFORE the delivery truck leaves.  We will work with the manufacturer and delivery company to repair or replace the damaged item(s) as soon as possible.
