Purchases are shipped by our choice of either ground service via UPS or FedEx or USPS. Items shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS should arrive within 5 to 7 days of the lead time noted on the website. If your purchase arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us at catherine@panano.com (1-707-620-0610 or 1-800-819-4430) & within one week of delivery to arrange replacement of your purchase.

Panano cannot ship items outside the 48 contiguous states.  We encourage customers who live in Hawaii, Alaska, AFO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico and Canada to consult with a freight forwarding company.  We will gladly ship to freight forwarding companies within the United States.  Panano’s damage liability ends once the package has been accepted by the freight forwarder.  This service is not available for many products, as they exceed size and weight limitations.

Home Delivery Options for Large Furniture Items

Bronze Delivery -  two person delivery inside your home up to two flights of stairs prior to front door, item left just inside front door. Items are NOT ASSEMBLED. Delivery is by appointment, Monday - Friday; the delivery company will call ahead to arrange a day. Bronze Delivery is available in the contiguous 48 states**. For your convenience, we're proud to introduce a new four -hour appointment window on in-home deliveries in most areas. Due to the special care involved, items shipped with our Bronze Delivery service may take longer than other items to arrive.   If any piece weighs more than 300 lbs. or pieces are greater than four, shipment will only be available for delivery to the First Dry Area or Garage.  Shipper's palletized or crated merchandise will be delivered to the First Dry Area or Garage only.

*Please note, delivery times and dates are set by these outside delivery companies, not Panano, and are subject to change by the third party shipping companies. Panano cannot be held responsible for changes or cancellations in delivery dates once the freight has been released from our warehouse.  Your products will be shipped from either our West Coast or East Coast distribution center, depending upon product availability and your location.

Gold Delivery - two person delivery inside your home up to two flights of stairs prior to front door. Item will be unpacked, debris and packing removed, placed inside desired room. Up to 15 minutes in home, surcharge applies after 15 minutes. Items are NOT ASSEMBLED.  Delivery is by appointment, Monday - Friday; the delivery company will call ahead to arrange a day. Gold Delivery is available in the contiguous 48 states**.  Due to the special care involved, items shipped with our Gold Delivery service may take longer than other items to arrive. Set up services that exceed fifteen (15) minutes will be charges at a rate of $22.00 per quarter hour or fraction thereof.  Set up services do not include any electrical, plumbing or component hookups.

Home Delivery Options Receiving Tips

Please take the time to read the following important information regarding the delivery of furniture.

Upon Delivery: Prior to signing for your delivery it is imperative that you take a few precautionary steps. No claims can be made for missing or damaged items, unless you follow these steps. We appreciate your cooperation with these guidelines; they can help make receiving freight a much easier experience.

1. You must be present to receive, inspect and sign for your delivery.

2. Inspect your shipment immediately, while the driver is on site. If there are any discrepancies in your order, PLEASE NOTE ALL DETAILS ON YOUR SHIPPING RECEIPT

3. Make sure you have your complete order (packing slip detailing the items shipped is in clear attached envelope).

4. Make sure your order is strapped to pallets and wrapped in clear plastic. (Please note, this only applies to standard delivery).

5. Inspect the condition of the boxes for damage. If damaged, note all details on delivery receipt and open boxes to inspect merchandise inside. 


If there is any damage to your product, refuse the shipment. You have the option of refusing the entire shipment or just a portion of the shipment.

Keep all packaging until you are completely satisfied with your order. Panano will not provide additional packaging materials should the need arise.
